Digital Membership ID Cards
In the efforts to minimize and move away from utilizing plastic, we will be transitioning from our physical member ID cards to digital member ID cards. Digital member ID cards will be accessible once your 2023 annual dues payment has been received.
Each person covered under your membership will receive their own log-in to access the member website, www.gwmembership.com and Club Essential’s mobile application to access their digital member ID cards. We recommend using your member number as your username. Username will be as follows unless previously changed:
- Primary member (first name listed on the membership application)
- Five (5) digit member number that you have been assigned
- 12345
- Five (5) digit member number that you have been assigned
- For spouse (second name listed on the membership application)
- Same five (5) digit member number plus the letter “A” at the end
- 12345A
- Same five (5) digit member number plus the letter “A” at the end
- For children listed on the membership application that are under 23 years old*
- Same five (5) digit member number plus the next letter in the alphabet, “B”
- 12345B
- Same five (5) digit member number plus the next letter in the alphabet, “B”
*If multiple children are listed on the membership application, their “letter” is assigned according to the order they are listed on the membership application starting from “B” and so on. If you or your child is unable to log in, please contact the membership office at the number listed below.
To access your digital member ID cards, please download the Clubessential, LLC application on your mobile device via the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once the application is downloaded, proceed to log in using the information below. Once you are logged on to the app, your member ID card can be accessed under “Quick Access”.
- Club ID: gwailea
- Username (same as website log-in)
- Password (same as website log-in)
If traveling to the Grand Wailea or Ho’olei at Grand Wailea with guests, please be sure to provide their names upon booking your reservation(s) or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will ensure that your guests receive access to their temporary member ID cards which will allow them access to your discounts for the duration of your stay. Login information will be sent to the primary email on file as long as guest names are provided within the time frame listed above.
