'Tis the Season of Aloha
The Season of Aloha is in full swing at Grand Wailea in November and December with special pop-up events, seasonal prix fixe menus at Humuhumunukunukuapuaʻa and Molokini Coastal, and holiday treatments at Mōhalu by Spa Grande to help you ring in 2022 in style.
ACTIVITIES
Santa Arrival
Join us at Wailea Beach on Christmas Eve as Santa leaves his sleigh at home in the North Pole and makes a special only-in-Maui entrance aboard an outrigger canoe! Get ready to capture the moment with a family photo before taking part in a fun morning of interactive cultural activities to follow.

Holiday Market
Experience a touch of European charm in the heart of paradise this holiday season with Grand Waileaʻs first Holiday Market, taking place on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Pick up last-minute Made on Maui gifts and enjoy small bites and festive cocktails while listening to holiday carolers throughout the evening. Stop by our Keiki Corner for an opportunity to make holiday crafts with the whole family and share the Christmas spirit with others at the Wish Tree, with all proceeds going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui.

Ring in the New Year with Sam Fischer
Australian singer and songwriter Sam Fischer, the artist known for the hit song “This City” and his collaboration with Demi Lovato, “What Other People Say,” will ring in the new year at Grand Wailea with a celebratory concert. On New Year’s Eve, guests can gather around firepits, and sip cocktails curated by Employees Only while listening to Sam Fischer live, just before the midnight fireworks go off over Wailea Beach. This concert will not only begin 2022 with a bang, but will also kick off the resort’s Emerging Artists series, an ongoing partnership with RCA Records that will bring exciting talent and exclusive performances on property.

Enjoy an Exclusive Culinary Collaboration
On December 21, Grand Wailea will welcome two renowned chefs to the property – John Tesar, four-time James Beard “Best Southwest Chef” semifinalist known for his stylish, modern American cuisine prepared with authentic European techniques, and Sheldon Simeon, award-winning Hawaiian native who recently released his first cookbook as an homage to the islands he grew up on. The two will prepare creative dishes for an intimate group of guests, to be served alongside live music and excellent wine pairings.
