Haleakalā Ballroom
With five hand-crafted chandeliers, imported from Murano, Italy, and stately décor, the exquisite 26,700 square foot Haleakalā Ballroom provides many options for groups. The Ballroom can be divided into five sections, each with its own outdoor pre-function area in beautiful Haleakalā Gardens. Double airwalls separate the large, center section from the outer sections. Extensive hang points, power sources and audio visual resources allow for state of the art and high-tech production set ups. Three spectacular hand-painted murals depict the legends of Madame Pele and her final days on Maui. The Ballroom can host up to 1,620 for a plated banquet, 2,500 for a theatre style meeting and 1,250 for a classroom style set up.

Haleakalā Pre-Function
The expansive 12,000 sq. ft pre-function space lends itself for receptions, outdoor breakfast, breaks, lunches and dinners. A large portion of the pre-function space is protected from the weather. The space overlooks a beautiful "Weeping Wall and meandering waterways filled with water lillies and Koi fish.
Molokini Garden
With the ocean on one side and a saltwater lagoon on another, this spacious and versatile lawn area is the largest outdoor function area in the resort with 22,964 square feet. Tiki torches, an imu pit for luaus and the dramatic lava rock wall stage are a few touches that create an authentic Hawaiian ambience. Ideal for performances and presentations, the garden features a large stage (including dressing rooms), and is equipped with electrical support to provide state-of-the-art productions.
Chapel Lawn
Set against the backdrop of the charming Wailea Seaside Chapel and fronting Wailea Beach, the 8,830 square foot Chapel Lawn is enchanting and romantic. The manicured lawn surrounded by palm trees, tiki torches and an imu pit for luaus offers a perfect seaside setting for all special events.
Chapel Garden
Fronting the Wailea Seaside Chapel, the Chapel Garden is a beautiful garden with charming gazebos and colorful flowers.
Reflections
In the heart of our resort grounds, the Reflection Fountains offers a stunning venue for receptions and events. Sunsets and the iconic Grand Wailea views to ocean tie a perfect bow on your Reflections experience.
Lagoon Overlook
Perfect for smaller groups, this outdoor lānai overlooks the beautifully landscaped resort and beach, ideal for groups interested in a formal or informal evening under the stars.
