Rates are based on availability and based on adult single/double occupancy. Rates vary by date and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, and resort fees. A Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: two refillable water bottles upon arrival with water refill stations located throughout property; guest internet access; beach chairs for use on Wailea Beach; admission to twice daily SCUBA clinics; use of beach cruiser bikes; hula and ʻukulele lessons; participation in yoga classes; local, toll-free, domestic and credit card calls (no access fee).

Offer discount is up to 20% off the Best Available Rate (“BAR”) or Flexible Rate, which is a specific rate type that varies depending on the time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount or negotiated rates. Bookings require a twenty-one (21) day cancellation from the time of booking. Bookings not cancelled within the twenty-one (21) day timeframe are subject to cancellation fee of 100% of the first night stay.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.
