Kamaʻāina promotions are open to residents of Hawaiʻi. Proof of a valid Hawaiʻi ID is required at check-in to receive the Kamaʻāina rate; if valid ID is not shown, promotion is void and Best Available Rate (“BAR”) or Flexible Rate will be charged.

Rates are based on availability and based on adult single/double occupancy. Rates vary by date and do not include taxes, gratuities and incidental charges. Daily Resort Charge includes: two refillable water bottles upon arrival with water refill stations located throughout property; guest internet access; beach chairs for use on Wailea Beach; admission to twice daily SCUBA clinics; use of beach cruiser bikes; hula and ʻukulele lessons; participation in yoga classes; local, toll-free, domestic and credit card calls (no access fee).
