PopUp Bagels Bar

Enjoy PopUp Bagels selection of unmistakably perfect bagels served fresh from the oven that has garnered them the Brooklyn BagelFest Best Bagel awards the last two years in a row, paired with our island-inspired toppings and gourmet spreads. Walk-ups are welcome with orders available in 3's, 6's or 12's.
Orders can be placed ahead of time with limited availability and picked up from Botero during our pop-up events. Pre-order a dozen or half-a-dozen bagels and two schmears including our specialty Ube & Caramelized Maui Gold Pineapple schmear to take home and share with loved ones coming soon.

Celebrate the holiday with backyard bbq favorites picnic-style including smoked brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, wagyu hot dogs, and more, plus shave ice and a special High Noon pop-up.
