Hawaii State Liquor Law: Hawaii State Liquor Law requires a person to be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcohol. All patrons will be asked to present identification prior to being served alcohol at any of the resort’s outlets. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the pool deck and activity areas. Grand Wailea reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any patron without proper identification or thought to be visibly impaired.

Beginning September 15, 2021, the County of Maui will require guests dining inside at indoor restaurants to have proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter and wear masks when moving about the facility. Grand Wailea indoor dining options include Omotenashi Lounge. Masks are required to enter and at any time when patrons are not seated at your table.
