Tour our grounds and gardens with our head of landscaping and discover the bounty of our tropical plants and species throughout our 40-acre property. Join Grand Wailea's in-house Art Curator for an exclusive Art Tour experience of one of the largest corporate art and sculpture collections in the United States. Learn about the resort's curated collection, from the history behind the art to works from renowned artists’ from around the world as well as a step-by-step exploration of our Art and Chocolate feature made with 100% organic cacao grown on property. Tours take place every Tuesday and are complimentary for guests; registration is required.
Outrigger Tour
Grand Wailea celebrates one of the most revered Hawaiian traditions with our Outrigger program. Join our partners at Maui Pacific Tours for an authentic experience aboard a traditional outrigger canoe on a guided paddling journey down the golden coast of Wailea—Hawaiian for the “waters of Lea,” the goddess of canoe builders. Limited seats are available every morning; reservations are required.
E Ala E
Join us for E Ala E mornings, a ceremonial experience in which guests will enter the ocean to release any negativity or stress. Guests will emerge from the ocean renewed and greet the rising sun with a rousing “E Ala E” chant, creating energy for the day ahead.
