Our stay at the Grand Wailea marked our 18th wedding anniversary. We were not planning to renew our vows, but after seeing the sign in the elevator, I thought I would call to inquire. It was a longshot, especially given our tight budget, but thanks to Daisy, she came through and put together what turned out to be one of the most special moments that me, my wife, and our three daughters will never forget. A big thanks to the Grand Wailea and to Daisy, your awesome events manager! She was fantastic!

Daisy Melendez helped us with everything. We were really impressed with the accommodations (the suite upgrades and the Napua tower). Staff's timeliness was on point. You ask for a service of some sort and they were on it. All the hotel staff we encountered was really friendly and of course the wedding/reception exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent.

……Noe was in constant contact with us and we must have gone through a million changes to the event order but she never wavered or faltered in her impeccable service and support for our event. In a large hotel, a bride always knows she isn't the only wedding occurring that day, that week, that month. But Noe always treated us as if we were her only clients of the year. She always made time for us. …… I couldn't have dreamed that our wedding day would be any more beautiful nor perfect than it was, thanks to Noe. …...
