As part of the ongoing Grand Refresh at Grand Wailea, we are planning to improve systems throughout Spa Grande and perform general maintenance this fall at Spa Grande. Temporary spa treatment rooms, salon, and fitness facilities will be available around the resort during this maintenance period, September 1 – December 20, 2015.
During this Refresh period, all spa and salon services will be relocated to the 3rd floor of the Chapel Wing. Services offered will include a selection of massage, facial, body and salon services. Our Fitness center will be temporarily relocated to Plumeria III Meeting Room.
Each service will include a spa welcome ritual with tropical scented foot ritual, selection of teas and fruit and consultation with their therapist prior to their service.
Also offered will be the option of an upgraded experience, with a private bath for 20 minutes. The bath will include a spa tray of salts, foaming body polish with loofah pad, and tropical sorbet to enjoy on their own.
Each room offers private bathtub, shower and amenity offerings, an oceanview lanai, and possible retail and food offerings upon request.

Relocated to our Chapel Wing, the Grand Salon features a full menu of salon services, tailored to meet your specific needs. Fitness Center Relocation
The Grand Wailea Fitness Center, equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and top-of-the-line strength training tools, will be relocated to Plumeria III Meeting Rooms during our refresh period. Personalized wellness programs and one-on-one fitness consultations offer the proper guidance to attain inner balance and physical strength. A variety of exciting fitness classes are offered to Grand Wailea Resort guests.

Is a reservation at Spa Grande required?
Guests are encouraged to make Spa arrangements in advance to ensure appointment times are available. A credit card is required to secure Spa appointments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. To cancel or change an appointment, you must do so four hours prior to your first treatment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than four hours notice, the guest will be charged 100% of the total cost. No-shows for appointments are charged 100%.
How early should I arrive for my Spa Grande treatment?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to check-in time. A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin on time.
How do I prepare for my spa visit?
Please do not bring valuables to the spa. You may arrive in your resort wear, or a hotel robe. Check in at the spa desk, and you will be escorted to our relaxation suite where you may exchange your footwear for spa slippers. There will be a robe in your treatment suite, should you choose to change at our Spa location.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for spa treatments?
That is your option, however, keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you with towels for privacy.
Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments?
Absolutely. This is your treatment. Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature, pressure, technique, etc. We value your feedback. In addition, at the time of booking your appointment, discuss with the associate your preferences for gentle, moderate or deep massage, male or female therapists.
What should I know about health concerns?
If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before visiting any spa.
Pregnancy: You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and involving heat. Please inform our spa agents about the stage of your pregnancy upon scheduling your appointments.
Is gratuity included in treatment pricing?
Gratuity is not included in spa service prices.
Are there any age restrictions?
Guests under the age of 16 may receive treatments if accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a signed waiver. Minors may be asked to show proof of age.
What are your normal business hours?
Spa hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm
Treatment Hours: First treatment starts at 9am and last treatment starts at 6pm.
