RESORT CHARGE
A Daily Resort Charge of $25.00 (plus 4.166% tax) per room, per night includes:
· A floral lei greeting upon arrival.
· A welcome Mai Tai punch (non-alcoholic) at the designated check-in area.
· Unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee).
· Internet access in all guestrooms. Built-in Wireless Internet access in all suites.
· Coffee or tea in guestroom or suite.
· Nightly turndown service. Unlimited use of Spa Grande's cardiovascular and strength training facilities.
· Participation in Sunrise Power Walks, and Yoga classes. Admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and water aerobics.
· Participation in scheduled Garden and Art tours featuring the works of Botero, Leger, Picasso and Warhol.
· Use of self parking facilities. Shuttle service to scheduled stops throughout the Wailea area.
· Use of the water features to include water slides, water elevator, whirlpools, and rope swing.
The Resort Charge will automatically be posted to the individual guest account.

TAXES
All rooms are subject to applicable taxes. The current Hawaii State Hotel Tax is 11.416%. (4.166% Hawaii State Sales tax and 7.25% Transient Accommodations tax). Hawaii State & Transient Accommodations tax are subject to change.

OVERNIGHT VALET PARKING
$20.00 per car, per night (plus 4.166% tax). Charges will automatically be posted to the guest's incidental account.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT/REGISTRATION
Check in is after 4 p.m. Check out time is by noon. Must be 21 years of age or older to register. Proper identification will be required at time of registration.

ADDITIONAL PERSON (more than 2)
Guest Room & Suites: $50.00 charge per night for additional adult. No charge for children 17 & under when using existing bed space. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) persons.
Napua Tower & Suites: $100.00 charge per night for additional adult. No charge for children 17 & under when using existing bed space. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) persons.

$30.00 charge per night for a rollaway bed.

GUARANTEED CONNECTING ROOM REQUEST
To guarantee connecting rooms, please contact Grand Wailea Resort reservations for availability. A charge of $25.00 per room ($50.00 for the two rooms) per night is applicable.
Connector Rooms: Guestroom interior door between (connecting) two guestrooms.
Adjoining Rooms: Guestroom nearby (NO connector door in-between guestrooms).

Spring Holiday - 3/14/08 through 4/12/08
Five nights deposit at time of reservation. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.
Summer Holiday - 6/13/08 through 8/23/08
Two nights deposit at time of reservation. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.
Thanksgiving Holiday - 11/22/08 through 11/27/08
Five nights deposit at time of reservation. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.
Winter Holiday - 12/20/08 through 1/1/09
Full payment at time of reservation. Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival.
Non-Holiday
Two nights deposit at time of reservation. Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival.
